BUT THANKSGIVING AND HALLOWE'EN HAPPENED A LONG TIME AGO
I've been busy lately...
My trip to Ontario to see the boys was absolutely superfun. For Oktoberfest, the Jonomobile picked me up, we got boozed fast and then I made an ass of myself. On Oktoberfest tradition! Graham generously provided a place for Jono and myself to sleep, but regrettably no place to pee. The following Saturday was one of my favourite days ever. It was really fun to spend time with my buddies, eating greasey breakfast, playing frisbee, drinking Jolt cola and even watching Corner Gas. Awesomeness. On Sunday, I invited myself over to the in-laws* for thanksgiving dinner. I heart rhubarb pie.
Also in Oktober was a bunch of working and some hott Hallowe'en action. Like a true slacker, I'd procrastinating the task of finding a Halowe'en costume until 8pm on October 30. When my work buddies and I went to the costume store, we were disappointed to find they were sold out of everything but giant penis costumes. We decided to try Target, but their seasonal department had already replaced Hallowe'en stuff with the Christmas products! When life gives you lemons...
Even work has been full of play:
I was the only one to bring my own bike to the team bike trip. And I was the only one whose bike broke down. Sucks to me!

Busy.... whatever....oh and did everyone love that rider game on sunday...Also does anyone know what happened to the hamilton tiger cats?

we retreated to the safety of steeltown.
don't you worry though- next summer is the summer of hamilton success... and i'll be sure to rub some faces in that fact when you all head out my way!
