it cost too much!
printing was damn expensive, so avoid Kinko's next time.
spinners on the CD was well received, but also took a lot of time to set-up and cut.
CD-Rs were shitty; be sure to test CD-Rs in car stereo before buying and burning $70 worth! Avoid Smart Buy silver CD-Rs like the plague!
people are lame and they don't want to do shit for a free CD. Even replying to an email is too much work for most people. lazy fucking bastards generally don't get a disc is good new policy.
bookkeeping of names and addresses could always be better; be consistent with the check-off policy
letters written on porno was generally amusing, yet quite stressful for letters that were 'lost in the mail' - I'm still worried about a particular one.
fonts should be saved with graphic files for taking to the printers!
proofread for typos all the time. Proofread after making formatting changes!
